The Move-In Coordinator creates a warm, seamless transition for new residents and families, ensuring every move-in reflects Sunrise’s commitment to hospitality, care and quality service. This role guides families through paperwork, assessments and orientation while building early emotional connection to the community. What You’ll Do: • Manage the full move-in process using the Resident Move-In Checklist • Review and explain the Move-In Packet and required documentation • Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership • Ensure all state-required paperwork is completed prior to move-in • Prepare resident administrative files in compliance with regulations • Oversee suite readiness and coordinate with Maintenance as needed • Welcome residents and families on move-in day and provide community orientation • Maintain proactive communication with families and physicians • Support Founders Club benefits (where applicable) • Protect resident confidentiality and support compliance standards Move-In Coordinator – Help Families Transition into Their New Senior Living Community Move-In Coordinator | Resident Transitions | Senior Living Operations

Pay Range:

23.00 - 28.80
