Motion & Visual Designer

You make what people see first: films, ads and social assets for Quantum Beetle and for the brands we work with. You take a brief, find the idea in it, and finish it properly.

What you will do

• Design and animate brand films, event teasers, product explainers and launch videos
• Make ad creatives for Meta and LinkedIn, still and in motion, in every format a campaign needs
• Produce social assets: reels, carousels, covers and banners
• Take a brief from idea to storyboard to final cut: edit, type, sound and colour
• Adapt one idea across 16:9, 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 without losing it
• Keep every piece on brand, for us and for each client
• Hit deadlines, and say early when one is at risk

What you bring

• A strong motion graphics portfolio. It matters more than your CV
• Command of industry-standard motion, editing and design tools
• Strong typography, layout and timing
• Editing and sound sense: you know when to cut
• You take feedback well, and come back with something better than the brief asked for

Good to have

• 3D or CGI
• Studio or agency experience with several clients at once
