ABOUT US:
Founded in 2020, Regal is the AI Agent Platform. Regal gives every company the tools to transform customer communications with delightful AI Agents that are connected to your data, easy to customize and monitor, always available, and ready to take action. Power better support, sales, and operations – with way less effort. Our founders, Alex Levin and Rebecca Greene, helped build Angi (Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor, and Handy) to over $1.5B in revenue.
Based in Manhattan, we’re building an in-person culture of entrepreneurs who want to win and build something meaningful. We’re backed by top investors including Founder Collective, Homebrew, and Emergence Capital.
Come join us as we create a category-defining company, and follow Regal's company page on LinkedIn to stay up-to-date on our journey and current job openings!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our first Director, Forward Deployed Engineering at Regal, you'll grow and lead our Forward Deployed Engineering function, the team responsible for turning our AI Agents into measurable business outcomes for our customers. You'll set the standard for what a high-quality, fast, scalable deployment looks like.
This is a role for a leader who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're just as comfortable in the technical weeds as you are in an executive briefing. You'll partner at the leadership level with Product, AI, and Customer Success to turn field learnings into better products, sharper implementation playbooks, and new avenues for growth. You'll own how Regal delivers value to customers and how we scale that impact company-wide.
If you're a commercially-minded builder who's led teams through a fast-moving territory and wants to operate at the forefront of AI, this is a chance to define how the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences gets built and deployed.
