Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

We’re seeking a strategic thinker with experience in marketing, advertising, customer experience, CRM, and/or digital communications, along with a passion for interesting brands and a talent for sparking fresh ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of accounts, initially with a focus on the automotive industry, partnering with collaborative clients and cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated strategies across CRM and digital channels that inspire strong work and drive meaningful results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct primary research and analyze third-party research to uncover insights that inform strategic plans, audience approaches, and creative briefs
  • Tell persuasive, insight-driven stories by translating complex strategies, data, and journey thinking into clear, visually compelling narratives that drive alignment and inspire creative output
  • Develop creative briefs, brief internal creative teams, and partner with them to inspire strong work across CRM and digital channels
  • Devise content and communication strategies that personalize at scale to engage different audiences and drive action across touchpoints
  • Perform current state analyses including, but not limited to, market, customer, channel, and competitive analyses
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Sciences team to establish audience strategy, test-and-learn plans, measurement approaches, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with other vendors and agency partners to ensure strategic consistency across CRM, digital, and broader program elements
  • Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to agency and client stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in strategic planning (with a brand, at an agency or similar)
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate strategic research, synthesize insights, write creative briefs and uncover emerging cultural, behavioral, and category trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing channels, with an interest in how they work together to create connected customer experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and development of PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strict attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Automotive category experience (a plus but not required)
