Description
For our fast growing company in Eindhoven we are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper. Tameson is an international webshop for technical products and you are largely responsible for the complete administration. In our international team it is important that you have good social and communicative skills. Both in Dutch and English.
Activities
Tameson is an international webshop for technical products. As Bookkeeper at Tameson you are largely responsible for the daily processing of the accounts. Your work is diverse and every day is different. Think of debtor / creditor management, but also the preparation of tax returns and financial statements and the preparation of financial reports. This requires fast switching, but that is what makes you happy. You enjoy helping to build a fast-growing company. You embrace new technical developments and you are always looking for ways to improve and speed up processes.
Responsibilities
Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank administration
Taking care of the payment traffic and management of the financial mailbox
Preparing periodic financial reports
Support with declarations for VAT, ICP, payroll and administration holdings.
Checking the balance and controlling costs and income
Various other administrative activities
Your Profile
HBO level in financial-administrative field
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent digital skills (Odoo experience is a plus)
Available for 16 - 24 hours per week
Fluent in Dutch and English
