$85,000 - $117,000/annually, based on experience
Full-Time | 40hrs per week

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits and employee information within ADP, ensuring timely updates related to enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility, and terminations.
• In depth knowledge and experience working with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the look back period accessing eligibility
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications, serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding plan options, eligibility, and benefit-related questions.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies, claims questions, and other benefits-related concerns.
• Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration

Qualifications for Success:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Bachelors in Business, Human Resources, or other relatable field 
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
• Hands-on ADP experience required. Employee Navigator experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
