AIL provides supplemental insurance coverage to members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and working families throughout Canada. With more than 2 million policyholders, the organization continues to grow through strong member relationships, referrals, established lead programs, and ongoing customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits

• Review individual needs and help determine suitable coverage options

• Clearly explain policies, benefits, and available protection plans

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

• Provide professional follow-up and ongoing support

• Maintain accurate client information and documentation

• Participate in training sessions and stay current on products, procedures, and company updates
