Facilities Cleaner

Dahlonega, Georgia • Maintenance • Full time • Non exempt • Reports to Facilities Manager

Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for RefrigiWear employees and visitors. As a Facilities Cleaner, you will maintain breakrooms, restrooms, offices, showrooms, common areas, and selected warehouse spaces across our Dahlonega facilities.

The Opportunity

This hands-on role is essential to the daily operation and appearance of our workplace. You will follow established cleaning routines, respond to changing facility needs, keep supplies stocked, and notice details that help our office and warehouse environments remain sanitary, organized, and presentable.

What You Will Do

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, organize, clean glass, empty trash, and restock cleaning and paper supplies.
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning and sanitizing toilets and sinks, stocking paper and handwashing supplies, and vacuuming or dusting vents.
• Clean breakrooms, including floors, microwaves, vents, and weekly refrigerator cleanouts.
• Maintain offices, common areas, and showrooms through floor care, light dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal, and general presentation checks.
• Keep windows and doors free of fingerprints and smudges so visitor-facing areas remain professional and welcoming.
• When time allows, clean warehouse aisles, collect cardboard, plastic, wood, and pallet debris for proper disposal, and operate the floor-cleaning machine as needed.
• Complete other cleaning and facility-support tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in completing thorough, consistent work.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills when working around employees, visitors, and warehouse operations.
• Good judgment, efficient problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
• A dependable, safety-conscious approach and the ability to work independently while supporting the broader facilities team.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position works in a combination of office and warehouse environments. The role requires standing, walking, and kneeling for more than 85 percent of the workday and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
