We are currently looking for live-in caregivers who are able to provide care to clients for 24-hour periods. You would typically be scheduled anywhere from 2-4 days.
Why Live In Care?
- No daily commute - arrive to your schedule shifts where you will then stay for 2-4 days depending on your schedule. (Driver's license, insurance and vehicle still preferred)
- Work with the same consistent client and build a positive working relationship!
- Position requires you to stay onsite in the clients home for the entirety of your schedule.

Our pay for live-in caregivers ranges $278.00 to $302.00 a day, depending on level of care the client needs.

Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
- Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
