·       Act as a hands-on maker and developer of agents, combining business process knowledge with technical fluency to create practical, user-centered solutions.

·       Define agent behaviors, prompts, workflows, integrations, escalation paths, and success metrics to ensure solutions are reliable, useful, and scalable.

·       Partner with IT and enterprise platform teams to enable secure integrations, data access, orchestration, and deployment of AI capabilities.

·       Evaluate emerging AI tools and patterns to determine fit-for-purpose applications within the Supply Chain ecosystem.

Establish governance, adoption, and responsible AI practices

·       Help define standards, guardrails, and governance for AI development and usage within Supply Chain, including data quality, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop decision processes.

·       Ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with approved roadmaps, investment priorities, governance standards, and platform strategies

·       Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes, using insights to refine roadmaps and investment priorities.

Enable data-driven decisions and organizational capability

·       Lead development of AI-enhanced dashboards, insights, and decision-support tools that improve visibility and streamline operations.

·       Provide strategic and ad hoc analysis to support Supply Chain leadership and transformation initiatives.

·       Mentor analysts, product owners, and business partners in AI literacy, use case framing, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.

·       Break down work for team members, contractors, and technical partners, ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered across multiple projects.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and practical value creation.

Lead analytics development and insight delivery

·       Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and business-facing analytics solutions using Power BI and Zenlytic.

·       Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs that support Supply Chain planning and operations.

·       Improve access to trusted, actionable insights through scalable, user-friendly, and well-governed analytics products.
