TCAC Intelligence Specialist III - Goodfellow AFB, TX

Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated TCAC Intelligence Specialist III to join our team at Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
• Establish, maintain, and assist personnel in troubleshooting and repair of serial and IP-based communications systems and networks supporting TCAC FoS and TSCS.
• Participate in assigned Computer and Communications Systems Engineering Reviews and provide technical representation at meetings as required.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
• Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Serve as Lead System Administrator and Primary System Administrator for New Equipment Training (NET) development and instruction (Systems Administration NET).
• Conduct testing for systems for all fieldings, quarterly patches, and baseline updates.
• Lead for Joint Interface Control Document (JICD) architecture; manage USMC JICD architecture and coordination with NSA and NRO JICD activities.
• Serve as Secondary System Instructor and Tester for systems and operator for all fieldings, quarterly patches, and baseline updates.
• Develop training curriculum and scenarios to support resident trainers with installs and system configurations to maintain operational information technology infrastructure.
• Develop training presentations, quick reference guides, student handouts, and test materials.
• Ensure training materials are maintained in accordance with current system requirements.

EXPERIENCE:

• Eleven (11) years of experience (seven (7) with a degree) with USMC intelligence systems to include the use of applications or system administration functions such as Esri ArcGIS, Agile Client, C2PC, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Virtual Machine configuration, ESXI, vSphere, VCSA, iDRAC.
• Must possess an operational knowledge of USMC Intelligence Systems, applications, and employment.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military intelligence training.
• Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
