About the role. Our existing clients are where the fastest growth is. Many know us for supplying skilled people; few yet know us for delivering outcomes. You will turn those relationships into larger, longer-term Build work, starting with our Nordic and India accounts.
What you will do
- Own revenue growth across existing accounts: renewals, extensions and new Build projects
- Write and run an account plan for each priority account: decision makers, problems, offers, next steps
- Get Tarento in front of the people who own outcomes (CIOs, heads of apps, data and business units), beyond procurement
- Turn existing relationships into Build work, for example moving on-site teams into managed services (AURORA) or selling fixed-price assessments
- Work with account managers from other business units for cross-account selling
- Lead, coach & grow a young team, with monthly account reviews
- Run quarterly business reviews with clients, focused on outcomes delivered and what comes next
- Take over new clients from New Business after their first project and grow them
What success looks like in year one
- Contracts signed in existing accounts against target
- An account plan and named senior contact for every priority account
- Paid assessments or new Build projects in at least five accounts where we mainly supplied people before
- Renewal rate of existing revenue at or above plan
Who you are
- You have grown accounts by selling new kinds of work, not only by renewing what was there
- You build trust with senior client leaders and are comfortable asking for introductions
- You understand delivery well enough to shape realistic proposals with presales and delivery leads
- You coordinate across sales, delivery and client teams without formal authority over all of them
- You are open to regular international travel, to the US, the Nordics or wider Europe (valid US and Schengen visas are an advantage)
- Useful: experience with Nordic clients or public-sector and GovTech accounts in India
