＜部門について＞

Medical Surgicalは、主に外科手術に関わる製品とソリューションを提供する事業領域です。
なかでもEndoscopy は内視鏡診療を指し、早期発見・迅速な治療に貢献する製品を取り扱うEarly Technology事業部として発足し、如何に早く病変を見つけ、如何に迅速に必要な治療を提供するかが鍵とし、診断・治療の両面から医師をサポートし、患者さんの「痛みをやわらげ、健康を回復し、生命を延ばす」というメドトロニックのミッションを実現しています。

本募集は、主にEndoscopy事業部で取り扱う、カプセル内視鏡システムの製品サポート、顧客対応サービスの提供となります。修理及び保守サービス、現地ネットワーク環境整備を営業部門及びマーケティング等と連携を取りながら実施する。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたる。製造元技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をします。

また、それらはEndoscopy事業部製品に留まらず、Medical Surgicalの事業部製品、Medtronicにて取り扱う全製品を視野に入れ、Service & Repairの一員として幅広く、柔軟なサービスを提供します。

 

＜業務内容＞

• カプセル内視鏡システムの院内導入時のネットワーク連携作業
• 上記業務に関する将来的な外部委託業務の構築及びリモートサポート業務の構築
• 品質部門と協働しコンプレイント分析業務
• 新製品導入時における製造元、マーケティング部門、品質部門等と連携し円滑な製品導入サポート
• カプセル内視鏡システムの修理・点検依頼時の対応
• Medtronicの他製品の修理・点検業務（フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む）

 

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 情報/電機/機械工学分野いずれかの業務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• IT業務経験またはネットワーク、サーバー、PCトラブル対応の知識
• 良好なコミュニケーション能力
• MSオフィス（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
• 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
• 必要に応じて、夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

• DICOM/PACSの知識
• 画像診断の知識
