- Produce high-quality analysis, dashboards, reports and papers for senior stakeholders, governance forums and regulatory or assurance activity.
- Analyse leading and lagging performance indicators, incident data, audit findings, risk information and action plans to identify trends, gaps and areas requiring intervention.
- Support the development and maintenance of HSSW plans, POAPs, trackers and performance reporting, ensuring actions, owners, milestones and benefits are visible and managed.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Proven experience in a business analyst, performance analyst, project analyst or transformation support role within a complex organisation.

- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, analysing data and producing practical recommendations for improvement.
- Understanding of business analysis methods, including requirements gathering, process mapping, options appraisal and benefits tracking.
- Understanding of performance reporting, data quality, management information and dashboard development.
- Awareness of risk management, governance, assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and turn it into clear insight, recommendations and action.
- Excellent written communication skills, able to produce clear reports, papers, presentations and briefing materials for senior audiences.
