We are looking for a Senior Team Lead AI – Computer Vision who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, curiosity and a pragmatic business mindset.
You will help define our technical direction in Visual AI, lead and develop our AI team, and translate new developments in the field into technologies and solutions that create real customer value.
What will you do?
- Drive Apixa’s technical direction in Computer Vision and Visual AI.
- Stay on top of state-of-the-art developments and identify which technologies are genuinely relevant for our work.
- Explore and evaluate emerging approaches such as vision foundation models, vision-language models, multimodal AI and self-supervised learning.
- Translate research and new technologies into practical, robust solutions for industrial applications.
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of AI and Computer Vision engineers.
- Provide technical guidance on complex projects and help teams make sound architectural and methodological choices.
- Work closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into feasible technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical presales, solution design, estimates and proposals.
- Help shape our AI technology roadmap and identify new areas for investment and experimentation.
