Looking for a part-time leadership role where you can work with people, learn about wine, and be part of a fun and energetic team? 🍇✨
St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and most awarded winery, is looking for a dependable and outgoing Tasting Room Key Holder to join our Troy team!
You do not need to be a wine expert to apply. We can teach you the wine — we are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to help lead a team and keep things running smoothly.
Part-Time | Up to 29 Hours Per Week
Hourly Pay + Tips | Typically $14–$25/Hour in Total Earnings
Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

What You Will Do
🍷 Lead fun and approachable wine tastings for our guests
🛍️ Help guests find wines they love and complete purchases
🔑 Open and close the tasting room when scheduled
💵 Assist with cash handling, closing procedures, and deposits
🤝 Help guide and support Wine Consultants during the shift
🎉 Assist with events, promotions, and busy tasting room weekends
📦 Restock wine and merchandise and maintain attractive displays
✨ Help keep the tasting room organized, welcoming, and ready for guests
💜 Perfect For Someone Who…
✔️ Have retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
✔️ Have previous Key Holder, shift lead, supervisor, or similar experience
✔️ Enjoy working with people and creating a great customer experience
✔️ Are dependable, organized, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
✔️ Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
✔️ Are comfortable talking with individuals and groups
✔️ Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
