Job Title: Business Development Partner Team Leader
Location: Homebased across US, EMEA or UK
About the role:
As a Business Development Partner Team Leader, you will report to the Global Business Development Partner Leader and working closely with key stakeholders, namely the commercial and delivery teams. Your responsible for the line management of the AMAS Sales Support Administration Team and all of their sales support activities to the Regulatory Services AMAS Business Development Teams. Also be responsible for leading the development, configuration, implementation and management of sales support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provision of line management duties for all assigned sales support administrators.
- To manage, monitor and support in the training of the sales support administrators.
- To act as coach and mentor for the team, reviewing training needs and identify skills development requirements as needed.
- To work with sales support administrators to agree, plan, implement and monitor quality of work and key performance indicators.
- To communicate effectively with all team members and support team members to ensure the smooth running of sales process in compliance with BSI procedures.
- To ensure the sales support administrators receive, prioritize and process sales quote requests received from the business development team and associated commercial requests within agreed SLA's.
- Undertake specific project work as required.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Proven track record of leadership and/or line management of staff.
- Ability to coach and effectively develop talented individuals and to address under performance.
- Experience working in Regulatory Services and Regulatory Services processes.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, internally, and externally and at all levels.

The salary for this position can range from $79,050 to $93,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
