Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operating Model
· Lead the Asia Regional Services Hub and translate the regional GPSS operating model into clear service ownership, delivery standards, capacity plans, and operating routines.
· Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned regional People services, including Talent Acquisition Services, Total Rewards Services, and future regionalized service scopes.
· Maintain operational stability across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other supported Asia countries through sustainable coverage, workload management, escalation support, and business-cycle readiness.
Service Performance, Governance & Risk
· Establish and sustain service governance through performance metrics, dashboards, training trackers, quality reviews, issue management, and regular operational reviews.
· Ensure services comply with country requirements, Micron policies, data-security expectations, internal controls, and audit-readiness standards.
· Manage service transitions into the regional hub, including service-catalogue review, knowledge transfer, training, readiness checkpoints, hypercare, and stabilization.
People, Organization & Capability
· Build and develop a high-performing regional team with clear accountabilities, relevant certifications, effective coaching, and a culture of inclusion, ownership, and continuous improvement.
· Lead resource planning, capacity assessment, cross-training, backup coverage, skills development, and readiness for hiring ramps or high-volume cycles.
· Strengthen team capability in service management, process excellence, stakeholder partnership, data, digital enablement, and customer experience.
Technology, Data & Continuous Improvement
· Simplify and standardize processes, strengthen SOPs and controls, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
· Partner with GPSS AI Team, technology, data, and functional teams to identify and implement responsible automation and AI-enabled service improvements.
· Use operational data, dashboards, and service insights to identify risks, prioritize improvements, and track measurable outcomes.
Stakeholders, Change & Customer Experience
· Partner with Country Services leaders and Country People teams to balance regional standardization with local regulatory, policy, language, and stakeholder requirements.
· Serve as a key contact for COEs, Country Services and GPSS leadership on service delivery, program implementation, process changes, transitions, and operational risks.
· Build stakeholder trust through proactive communication, practical solutioning, disciplined escalation management, and consistent candidate and team member experiences.
· Represent the Asia Regional Services Hub in regional and global forums and contribute to operating-model refinement and best-practice sharing.

· Consistent, reliable, and compliant regional service performance with clear ownership, sustainable coverage, and effective escalation management.
· Successful transition and stabilization of services within the Asia Regional Hub, supported by strong SOPs, training, controls, and governance.
· Improved quality, productivity, responsiveness, candidate experience, and team member experience.
· Greater process standardization, data quality, digital adoption, and responsible use of automation and AI.
· An engaged, inclusive, and capable team with strong cross-training, leadership depth, and readiness for changing business demand.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· At least 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, shared services, service delivery, or related operational roles, including at least 5 years of people leadership experience.
· Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-country HR operations and managing service transitions, operating-model change, or service stabilization.
· Strong experience in service performance, process optimization, governance, risk management, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement.
· Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across COEs, Country People teams, GPSS leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a complex matrixed environment.
· Strong analytical, communication, judgment, problem-solving, and team-development capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading Talent Acquisition Services, Total Rewards Services, onboarding, employee-lifecycle, or other People service operations.
· Experience with HR systems, case-management or service-management platforms, dashboards, automation, self-service, or AI-enabled service improvement.
· Experience operating across multiple Asian regulatory environments, languages, cultures, and levels of service maturity.
