They are currently seeking a talented Chef De Partie to become part of their impressive kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a prestigious setting, working with exceptional ingredients and alongside some incredibly talented chefs. - £37,500 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge

- The chance to gain experience in both Michelin-starred dining and a luxury 5-star hotel kitchen
- Excellent training and opportunities to develop your culinary career
- Employee Assistance Programme through Hospitality Action

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Taking ownership of your section, ensuring everything runs efficiently throughout preparation and service
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the exceptional standards expected within a luxury 5-star hotel

- Assisting with the guidance and development of junior chefs
- Ensuring your section is organised, well-prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who takes genuine pride in their work and thrives in a kitchen where attention to detail is everything. You'll have experience in a quality-driven kitchen, strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage your own section during a busy service.
Previous experience in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury hotels would certainly be beneficial, although we're equally interested in chefs who demonstrate excellent culinary foundations, a positive attitude and a real enthusiasm for developing their craft.
