Description

Overview

Epsilon is looking for a Principal, Product Management with deep experience in compiled consumer data to help shape the future of TotalSource Plus (TSP). This leader will combine product strategy, market expertise, and consultative engagement to guide TSP solutions for clients and agency teams. The role blends strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, driving modernization, commercial relevance, and long-term growth across Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, CPG, Health, Travel and Entertainment, and Automotive.

Responsibilities

As Principal, Product Management for TSP Data, you will help lead the evolution of one of Epsilon’s flagship compiled data assets. You will prominently contribute to the product direction, guide modernization priorities, shape go-to-market strategy and serve as a senior product consultant to clients and agency teams. This role requires a leader who can translate complex data capabilities into practical, market-facing solutions while aligning Product SMEs, Engineering, Analytics, Sourcing, Sales, and other stakeholders around a clear vision and execution plan.

This includes:

  • Lead consultative engagements with clients, agencies, and account teams to translate business objectives into differentiated TSP product solutions
  • Build executive alignment across Product Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data Acquisition to connect product vision with delivery
  • Influence product priorities, requirements, roadmaps, and release plans in partnership with technical and commercial leaders
  • Shape positioning, solution narratives, and sales enablement that clearly connect TSP capabilities to client outcomes
  • Guide go-to-market strategy for current and future-state TSP offerings, including adoption and transition planning
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new data sources, solution capabilities, and delivery mechanisms that expand market value
  • Serve as a senior product evangelist and trusted advisor, building confidence with internal leaders, agency partners, and external clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and lifecycle health of assigned TSP product areas
  • Apply compiled data expertise to evaluate market opportunities, guide source strategy, and shape the future-state design of TSP
  • Lead client and agency consulting sessions, converting business challenges into audience, data, and product recommendations grounded in TSP capabilities
  • Translate customer, market, and commercial needs into clear investment priorities and decisions for Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop differentiated positioning, sales enablement, training, and executive-ready solution narratives
  • Advise major product transitions, including modernization initiatives, client impact planning, customer communications, and internal readiness
  • Represent TSP in senior-level client, agency, and internal forums, influencing decisions while balancing market demand, compliance, feasibility, and long-term product strategy

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in data-driven marketing, data products, consulting, or a related field, with direct compiled consumer data experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading consultative client and agency engagements, from discovery through solution design, recommendation, and executive presentation
  • Deep understanding of how compiled data is sourced, structured, governed, positioned, and applied in market-facing solutions
  • Proven ability to set product strategy, make portfolio tradeoffs, and lead complex initiatives from vision through market adoption
  • Experience translating customer and market needs into product requirements, solution positioning, and launch plans
  • Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts, advise senior stakeholders, and influence across business, technical, and commercial teams
  • Strong program leadership skills, including the ability to organize multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with GenAI or large language models (LLMs) for practical business or product applications is a plus
  • A growth mindset and a strong interest in shaping the next chapter of TSP alongside an experienced and evolving team
  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • This position may require travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America

This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape the future of TSP, advise clients and agency teams, and guide a high-visibility data product through its next stage of modernization and growth.
