The OpportunityAs a Banking Payments Transformation Exp Associate you will contribute to operations consulting work focused on improving how banking and payments processes run, supporting client needs through process review, issue identification, and practical recommendations that help drive better performance. As an Associate you will bring a learning mindset, adapt to changing priorities, support senior team members, and build your technical skills while taking ownership of assigned work and contributing to quality deliverables within our Operations Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will help gather information from varied sources, recognize patterns, communicate clearly, and learn how operational strategies are shaped for clients in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, with exposure to Payments and Lending Operations and a broad range of client situations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting banking payments transformation projects by gathering process information, documenting current-state workflows, and helping prepare clear work products
- Analyzing operational data and process metrics to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Contributing to client service activities by preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-up tasks
- Assisting in the design of payment operations solutions that improve productivity, service delivery, and process consistency
- Applying knowledge of operations consulting methods, project tasks, and business transformation concepts to client engagements
- Using digital tooling, business data analytics, and operational performance metrics to support decision-making and reporting
- Collaborating across team members to gather input, interpret requirements, and support timely completion of deliverables
- Learning banking and payments processes while developing technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional judgment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
