You will join an established, collaborative team of 6 Physicians and 3 APPs dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients facing serious illness.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated group of physicians and APPs who value mutual support and shared goals.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

  • Competitive annual salary of $266,881
  • Productivity and quality-based incentive bonuses
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Partnership track opportunity
  • Comprehensive benefits for provider and family including 401(k) with employer match
  • Excellent work-life balance supported by a minimal shared call schedule

  • Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a focused Palliative Care program
