- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, test systems, equipment, and product failures.
- Analyze production and test data to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications while driving improvements in yield and process capability.
- Program, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including winding, test, and environmental systems.
- Conduct forensic analysis of customer returns, perform root cause investigations, and prepare formal customer reports.
- Develop and implement new test methods, fixtures, and hardware to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
- Lead and support prototype-to-production transitions while promoting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Control and manage routine to moderately complex engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop project plans, lead project meetings, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and processes.
- Support capital equipment planning, justification, vendor selection, procurement, installation, and qualification activities.
- Improve systems used for collecting, monitoring, and storing manufacturing and product performance data.
- Provide technical support for supplier quality issues, incoming inspection activities, and supplier corrective actions.
- Collaborate with customers regarding product requirements, specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and technical concerns.
- Support environmental, health, safety, facilities, and energy reduction initiatives as needed.
What you will bring along:
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.

- A high level of mechanical aptitude and ability to translate design and process ideas to useable specifications is required.
