Key Responsibilities

Carpentry Excellence: Perform framing, trim, and finish work with a high level of detail.

Remodeling & Upgrades: Lead and assist in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and interior living spaces.

Installation: Expertly install doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall according to project specs.

Plan Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to ensure every cut is accurate.

Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all all times.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the rest of the Bax Homeworks team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills & Physical Demands

Trade Knowledge: Proven carpentry skills and a deep understanding of modern construction methods.

Experience: 2+ years in carpentry or residential remodeling.
