Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Team. You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, helping to set the tone for a great experience from their very first call through their service visit.

In this role, you’ll help customers schedule appointments, answer questions, coordinate service needs, and make sure they know what to expect. If you’re someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers over the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
• Answer questions and provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers      can expect
• Keep customer and appointment information accurate and up to date
• Assist with appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling needs
• Follow up with customers as needed to help ensure a positive experience
• Work closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly

Compensation:
The starting hourly pay range for this position is $16.00–$18.00+ per hour and will be evaluated based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
