Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, bookings, payments, refunds, and service-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Educate customers about Astroyogi's products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Meet defined service quality metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in e-commerce, internet, SaaS, or consumer tech companies is preferred.
- Prior experience in handling chat and email support will be an advantage.
