Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TD SYNNEX, you’ll provide essential day-to-day support to our recruiters and hiring teams to provide data, identify top talent and help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is excited to support efforts that bring great talent into our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Insights and Marketing
- Market Data and Sourcing: Leverages LinkedIn Insights and Talent Intelligence data to provide market-driven guidance to recruiters and hiring managers. Regularly pulls and analyzes data on talent availability, competitor activity, job market trends, and candidate behavior to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- CRM Email Campaigns: Utilizes the CRM to build and execute targeted email campaigns aimed at generating interest in open roles. Leverages pre-approved templates and curated candidate lists to ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging. Partners with recruiters to time campaigns strategically and track engagement metrics, helping to drive pipeline activity and improve candidate conversion.
- Compensation Equity Insights: Utilizes an internal platform to identify and validate internal equitable pay ranges for open roles. Analyzes compensation data to ensure alignment with internal equity standards and market competitiveness. Communicates these insights clearly to recruiters and hiring managers to support fair and informed salary decisions throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience
- Candidate Screening Support: Provides candidate screening support by reviewing inbound applications and identifying individuals who meet key qualifications. Flags potential candidates for recruiter review, ensuring timely follow-up and a strong initial talent pool. Applies a consistent approach to screening based on role-specific criteria to support an efficient and high-quality selection process.
- Background Check Support: Manages background check tracking by monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. Follows up on any delays or discrepancies, maintaining clear communication with background check vendors and internal stakeholders. Escalates issues to the recruiter as needed to support a smooth and compliant hiring process.
- Special Projects Support: Provides support on a variety of recruiting-related special projects, adapting to evolving business needs. May assist with high-volume hiring efforts, conversion requisitions, internship programs, or other strategic talent initiatives. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure project timelines, goals, and deliverables are met with accuracy and efficiency.
- Job Posting & System Governance: Ensures compliance and data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across recruiting systems. Manages job postings to align with brand standards and legal requirements, including required disclosures and consistent formatting. Maintains thorough internal documentation such as recruiter notes, compensation details, and internal equity considerations to support audit readiness and informed decision-making.
- Interview Scheduling: Provides coordination support across the recruitment process by setting up interview teams and logistics within the CRM, enabling candidates to self-schedule where applicable. For unique or high-level roles, may coordinate interviews directly by aligning availability with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Ensures interview details are accurately captured, supporting materials are prepared, and all stakeholders are aligned to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.
