·         Lead monthly and quarterly accounting, reporting, and analysis for global foreign currency and derivative activity, including review of work prepared by regional accounting teams and third-party service providers.

·         Evaluate proposed and executed derivative transactions and determine related U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting and disclosure implications in partnership with Treasury, global accounting teams, external auditors, and service providers.

·         Analyze global financial information and key reporting schedules, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, other assets and liabilities, and global net equity on fair value and book bases.

·         Research complex accounting and SEC reporting matters and prepare clear technical accounting memoranda supporting conclusions under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable SEC requirements.

·         Maintain effective SOX controls, support external audits and interim reviews, and improve reporting processes and deliverables through PeopleSoft, Oracle EPM, SIGMA, Excel, automation, and other technology.

Required:

·         Five or more years of relevant public accounting or SEC reporting experience, including at least four years of public accounting experience.

·         Active CPA license.

·         Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing SEC filings and external financial statements.

·         Ability to apply U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements to complex accounting and disclosure matters.

·         Experience executing and supporting SOX controls within a financial reporting environment.

·         Ability to manage multiple complex assignments and reporting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

·         Ability to communicate complex accounting and financial reporting matters clearly with business partners, senior leaders, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Preferred:

·         Demonstrated ability to improve financial reporting processes through automation, technology, and process redesign.

·         Experience leading work across global accounting teams, external auditors, and third-party service providers.

·         Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of: $125,000 - $150,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
