Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Assistant Operator – Cutting (Jogger) to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing paper for cutting, organizing production batches, and keeping materials flowing smoothly to cutting operators.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, jog, and prepare paper for cutting.

• Keep a steady flow of materials moving to the cutting department.

• Work closely with cutting operators and communicate professionally.

• Organize incoming batches to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Maintain accurate cutting logs and production records.

• Empty and replace waste and recycling containers.

• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Report workplace hazards, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.

• Assist coworkers and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Six months to one year of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15–$16 per hour | Weekly schedule: Monday–Friday
