Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

The People Change & Comms Program Manager serves as a trusted advisor and execution partner supporting the Taiwan Country People Lead (CPL). The role supports country-level people priorities, coordinates across the HR organization, Global Communications and Marketing (GCM), and Government Affairs (GA), and helps translate the CPL’s priorities into clear plans and actions. In addition, this position leads change management and internal people communications for Taiwan, helping leaders, managers, and employees understand, adopt, and sustain organizational and people-related changes through clear, timely, and consistent engagement.

We are looking for a collaborative and business-minded HR, change management, and communications professional who can operate effectively across strategy, stakeholder coordination, program execution, organizational change, and communications. The ideal candidate combines strong HR experience with practical change management capability, excellent writing, judgment, and organizational skills, and is comfortable supporting the CPL and coordinating with senior stakeholders across HR, GCM, and GA in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience in technology, manufacturing, and/or semiconductors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner closely with the Taiwan Country People Lead to shape and execute country people priorities, HR related communications, leadership agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide dedicated HR advisory and execution support to the Taiwan Country People Lead, including research, analysis, coordination, and follow-through on country people priorities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the HR organization, GCM, and GA to align country-level people initiatives, communications, and engagement activities and ensure effective execution.
  • Use people data, employee feedback, and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop clear recommendations and track agreed actions through completion.
  • Own recurring people metrics reporting for the Taiwan Country People Lead, using approved AI tools, dashboards, and analytics to consolidate data, monitor key indicators, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Coordinate key Taiwan People Office governance, including leadership meetings, cross-functional reviews, action tracking, and preparation of concise updates and decision materials.
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans for Taiwan people priorities, programs, organizational changes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end change management for key Taiwan people initiatives, including change strategy, stakeholder and impact assessments, change readiness, sponsor and leader alignment, manager enablement, employee engagement, resistance management, adoption planning, and reinforcement.
  • Draft and edit leadership messages, announcements, talking points, presentations, FAQs, intranet stories, manager toolkits, and other employee communications in clear and engaging language.
  • Use approved generative AI tools to improve the speed and quality of internal communications, including drafting, summarizing, tailoring content for different audiences, and developing FAQs and leadership materials, while applying human review, data privacy, confidentiality, and responsible AI standards.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, timely, audience-appropriate, and aligned with company messaging, local culture, legal requirements, and confidentiality expectations.
  • Support country town halls, leadership forums, employee events, and change initiatives, including content planning, sponsor and speaker preparation, manager toolkits, channel coordination, feedback loops, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build trusted relationships across the HR organization, GCM, and GA to enable aligned messaging, coordinated execution, and a positive employee experience.
  • Handle sensitive employee and business matters with sound judgment, discretion, and appropriate escalation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Typically 8 or more years of progressive HR and communication experience, including substantial HR business partnering experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders, influence without authority, and convert business priorities into practical people plans and actions.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR practices, including workforce planning, talent management, performance, employee engagement, organizational change, and employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of Taiwan employment practices and cultural context, with the judgment to engage Legal or employee relations specialists when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating leadership and employee communications across multiple formats and channels.
  • Ability to simplify complex or sensitive topics into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messages while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across functions, and deliver with limited oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience applying structured change management approaches to organizational or people-related initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness planning, communications, training and enablement, resistance management, and adoption measurement.
  • Comfortable and hands-on with approved AI tools, dashboard platforms, and people analytics, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain metrics reports, synthesize data, automate recurring workflows, and validate outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible use.
  • High learning agility, sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity.
