What you'll do:

• Drive Asset Protection and Safety compliance across facilities by evaluating programs and collaborating with business partners to tailor solutions for market needs.
• Analyze multiple data sources and trends to identify root causes and implement actions that maximize sales and optimize member experience.
• Manage risk mitigation initiatives, financial forecasts, and budget to minimize loss and support profit plans.
• Lead investigations on financial losses and unethical behavior, preparing reports and collaborating with authorities as needed..
• Oversee training and development of Asset Protection and club management staff in compliance and risk management practices.

• Proven expertise in asset protection and risk mitigation within retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience managing inventory control and minimizing financial losses through effective strategies.
• Ability to lead investigations related to fraud, theft, and compliance violations.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, compliance, and member experience.
• Demonstrated capability in training, developing, and holding teams accountable to company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
