- 协助完成文件受控、记录核查、供应商档案与组件图纸的日常维护。
- 配合跟进偏差、变更、CAPA、客诉、退货等事项的处理进度 。
- 参与跨部门资料传递与信息沟通（含与委托生产企业的对接）。
- 协助质量数据的收集整理，以及年报、自查报告等监管申报材料的准备。
- 协助法规/标准等外来文件的整理与质量培训的组织。
- 完成主管交办的其他日常支持工作。
- Assist with document control activities, including maintenance of controlled documents, review of records for completeness and accuracy, and upkeep of supplier files and component drawings.
- Support tracking and follow-up of quality events, including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, customer complaints and product returns, to ensure timely closure of action items.
- Facilitate cross-departmental documentation and information exchange, including liaison with contract manufacturers.
- Compile and maintain quality data, and assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, including annual reports and self-inspection reports.
- Assist in the administration of external documents, such as applicable laws, regulations and standards, and support the coordination of quality training activities.
- Perform other routine duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
