Join Our Team!
Allied Universal is hosting a job fair on Thursday, October 29th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our Downtown Hamilton Office. We are hiring Security Guards for various sites across Hamilton, Milton, Oakville, Brantford, Niagara, Simcoe, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Position Description
We are seeking professional, customer-focused Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment at various client locations. Available opportunities include:
- Warehouse – Simcoe: Full-time, permanent positions with continental night shifts. Personal vehicle for reliable transportation is a must.
- Warehouse – Simcoe: Part-time, permanent positions with weekend Day shifts. Personal vehicle for reliable transportation is a must.
- Mobile Shift Supervisor - Hamilton and Niagara: Full-time and part-time positions available. Must have valid G licence, clear drivers abstract and be 25 and above for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities may include access control, regular patrols, monitoring site activities, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and providing professional customer service, depending on the assigned site.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow site-specific procedures and maintain a professional approach.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
- Successful completion of the required background check.
Additional Requirements for Mall Security Positions:
- Valid Ontario G Class driver's licence.
- Minimum age of 25 years to meet site insurance requirements.
- Previous security experience is an asset.
