Description

Your mission

Cuez | Marketing Team | Based in Leuven, Belgium (or willing to travel monthly)

You know television production. Inside out.

We're looking for an Executive Producer to shape how the broadcast industry thinks about Cuez. You've spent at least 5 years inside a newsroom. You know rundown pressure. You know NRCS quirks. You know what keeps a control room calm during a live show. You’ve seen the technical side of things & more importantly, you’ve lived that too.

Now you turn that experience into content that lands. Deep, opinionated articles on AI in the newsroom. The creator economy. Technical breakdowns of how modern broadcast stacks connect. You write with authority, because you've lived it. You have VISION about this industry & want to be voice of Cuez.

Next to that, you own our industry programs. Webinars with experts. Downloadables people actually want. Customer use-cases. The occasional blog post, social post or marketing email. You don't just write about the industry. You speak to the rooms where it gathers.

Key Responsibilities:

Editorial & Thought Leadership

  • Write strategic articles on technology in the modern newsroom, and the change that comes with it

  • Produce technical deep-dives on how newsroom systems, automation, and cloud workflows connect

  • Turn customer stories into credible, insider-level use-cases

  • Build and own an editorial calendar that positions Cuez as the industry's sharpest voice

  • Translate product capability into a narrative, without sounding like a product page

Industry Programs

  • Plan and run webinars with external experts, from topic to follow-up

  • Produce written downloadables that generate real leads

  • Report on what content and events actually move the pipeline

Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in broadcast production, ideally as a producer. Hard requirement.

  • Deep knowledge of newsroom systems, NRCS workflows, and the broadcast delivery chain

  • Understanding of technical tools in Broadcast: you know what play-out is & how it connects to a MAM

  • A portfolio of strong, credible writing, not just video

  • Strong project management skills. You've run something with a deadline that couldn't move

  • Fluent in English

  • Based in Belgium, or willing to travel frequently to Leuven

Bonus

  • Hands-on experience with NRCS or broadcast automation platforms

  • An existing network of industry experts, analysts, or journalists

  • Know how to design a technical diagram for a studio set-up

  • Experience with AI tools in a media or broadcast context

  • A background in B2B marketing or content strategy

  • Comfortable running a webinar solo

Why us?

  • A full-time contract
  • A competitive salary & benefits package (including OTE’s)  in line with your experience, skills and knowledge.
  • 20 paid holidays + 12 adv days with a flexible ‘no ask, must tell’ time-off policy
  • Being part of a remote and inspiring team, operating from different parts of the world. Once per year, we fly the whole team together to a secret location to meet up in person
  • Flexible work hours and home working
  • A dedicated training budget for personal development and growth
  • Our office is based in De Hoorn, a creative co-work space in Leuven.
  • We’re a high growth established scale-up with big plans for the future. That means a big challenge, but also means big growth opportunities.
