Description
Softeta is a software engineering partner for finance, energy, industrial, and other high-stakes sectors. We specialize in building and modernizing backend-heavy, integration-critical systems where speed, accuracy, and reliability are non-negotiable. With 100+ AI and custom software experts across engineering hubs in Lithuania and Poland, we embed ourselves directly into client operations — delivering custom software, automation, and AI where they drive the most value. Clients such as SEB, NordVPN, and CarVertical trust us with systems that serve millions of users globally. We strive for excellence, that’s why we created Cobble – Softeta’s own AI-native development workflow, built by our engineers, that standardizes how developers work with AI agents from requirement to working code.
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to serve as a technical pillar for an infrastructure team. You’ll be responsible for making development ecosystem faster, safer, and more reliable—from bare-metal automation and multi-cluster Kubernetes orchestration to secure GitOps workflows. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure puzzles and bridging the gap between platform security, automated delivery, and edge hardware, we’d love to talk.
Job description:
- Automate bare-metal Linux server provisioning, updates, and configuration.
- Deploy, scale, and manage multiple Kubernetes clusters across environments.
- Build CI/CD and GitOps workflows (Argo CD, Helm) for version-controlled deployments.
- Secure the platform using RBAC, secrets management (Vault), PKI, and OIDC/SAML identity controls.
- Maintain platform monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Integrate Kubernetes-enabled Bosch and IoT devices into the central ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive platform automation standards.
