Description
Grand Design's Inside Sales team is the primary sales contact between our company and retail customers. They interact - daily - with our prospective end users through phone, email, and in-person. They are a vital link between who we are and who we do it for. As the Sales & Technology Specialist on this team, you will utilize both sales acumen and technology to drive our business forward and meet the needs of today's customers.
Not everyone is cut out for a sales position. It takes drive, grit, and creativity. It means finding a way to reach your goal, even when the path isn't clear. It can be profoundly simple, and yet somehow extremely hard. And if done properly, it will take you farther than you ever thought possible.
We believe you are more important than what you do, but what you do matters. HOW you do it matters even more.
We're re-writing the playbook for a sales position. Never sold anything before? No problem...what do you do so well that sales experience doesn't matter? Do you have an eye for marketing? Training? Computer Science? Data Analysis? Bring us an unusually useful skill set and we'll talk. Have sales experience? Even better...but what sets you apart? We can teach you our product. We can teach you our industry. We can even teach you how to sell. What we are really interested in is what you can teach us.
This position will require a sharp mind that loves to learn and solve problems, and a desire to serve others - both customers and teammates.
Our Story
Founded in 2012, Grand Design has become one of the fastest-growing RV brands in history and is consistently rated among the highest quality RV manufacturers in North America. Case in point? "Reaching this mark is not just a testament to the hard work and vision of our incredible team, but it is also a reflection of the trust and loyalty our customers have placed in us," (Don Clark, President and CEO).
"We strive for nothing less than customers for life." As our journey continues, Grand Design remains focused on its mission: to lead the industry in quality and innovation, while fostering a family-like connection among our team members, customers, and dealers.
