- Submit KPI reports promptly to identify challenges and facilitate smooth communication within Customer Service and Logistics.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance tools, reports, and processes.
- Conduct simulations to optimize SKU coverage and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage stock coverage during sales activities and provide reason codes for product unavailability driven by production issues.
- Prioritize shipments from production facilities to warehouses, distribution centers, co-packers, and customers on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products such as those for Christmas and Easter to align with commercial plans.
- Develop both routine and ad-hoc supply-related reports for local stakeholders.
