Overview

We're looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to sit at the centre of our agency, ensuring the right work reaches the right people at the right time.

 

This is a highly influential role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, balancing competing priorities and helping creative teams perform at their best. You'll partner closely with Account Service, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to optimise workflows, manage resources and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Orchestrating agency workflow, managing resources and project priorities across multiple clients, campaigns and creative disciplines.
• Driving operational excellence, ensuring projects are scoped, briefed, scheduled and delivered efficiently from start to finish.
• Leading resourcing and capacity planning, identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions to keep teams productive and supported.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between Account Service, Creative, Production and Operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Championing process improvement, continuously refining workflows, tools and ways of working to enhance agency performance.
• Supporting business growth, helping teams deliver successful pitches, new business opportunities and award-worthy work.

Qualifications

About You

 

We're more interested in your capabilities, mindset and experience than ticking every box. You may be a great fit if you bring:

• 5+ years' experience in Traffic Management, Resource Management, Workflow Management or Creative Operations within an agency environment
• Experience managing resourcing across creative, digital, integrated or production teams
• Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with project management tools such as Trello, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms
• The confidence to challenge timelines, negotiate priorities and influence decisions
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm, adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
