Position Qualifications
- Experience of delivering work packages in cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, manufacturing, safety, and supply chain.
- Experience of delivering complex projects, with the confidence to lead through uncertainty, evolving requirements, and changing scope during early project phases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external teams.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adapting to ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving programme direction as projects scale and mature.
- Experience with project management systems and toolsets such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager (ARM), and SAP would be advantageous.
- Degree in a relevant project management, engineering, or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience and continuous professional development.
