As a Security Officer Full Time Security Clearance Visitor Processing in Cherry Hill, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an orderly environment, respond to inquiries, and report unusual activity while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense office location.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with visitor-management and identification requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials, issue visitor badges as authorized, and maintain accurate front-desk logs and records.
• Answer and route telephone calls, receive deliveries, and communicate pertinent information to appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying designated personnel and following established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
