Location: Mýto, Czech Republic
Make an impact beyond purchasing.
At CCR, we're looking for an experienced procurement professional to take responsibility for indirect purchasing at our manufacturing site in Mýto.
From production equipment and maintenance to spare parts and facility services, you'll help keep our operations running efficiently while driving cost improvements, building supplier partnerships, and collaborating with international procurement teams
Responsibilities
Manage indirect purchasing across MRO, CAPEX, facility management, and services.
Lead sourcing activities and negotiations, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contracts.
Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and cost optimization.
Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and manage supply risks.
Partner with Maintenance, Facility Management, and Plant Management to support operational needs.
Collaborate with global procurement teams on category strategies, reporting, and process improvements.
Support purchase order approvals, delivery follow-up, and resolution of supplier or invoice issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with indirect purchasing, MRO, CAPEX, or technical procurement is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills.
- An analytical mindset, independence, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent Czech and English, with strong Excel skills.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related field.
