Position: Retail Sales Marketing - Represent our company and brand at one of our Big Box Retail Locations. Engage with shoppers and schedule FREE estimates for windows, doors, and roofing. Training provided.
Requirements
• Outgoing personality; retail, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation (car/truck)
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Motivated and dependable
Responsibilities
• Greet and engage customers at the kiosk
• Start friendly conversations with shoppers
• Schedule free estimates and appointments
Compensation:
• Earn $40K-$90K (Appointment Bonus and Sale Bonus)
