FCP Euro is seeking an Inventory Count Quality Lead to join our Distribution Center - Inventory department. In this role, you will work alongside the Inventory Leadership team and other Fulfillment Center (FC) leaders to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall inventory health. You will share responsibility for the presentation, organization, and cleanliness of physical inventory and electronic records. As a Lead, you will guide the Inventory Quality team to achieve KPIs, meet goals, develop team members, support management operationally, and spearhead quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Lead daily ICQA operations by setting expectations, assigning work, monitoring KPIs, and coaching team members.
- Lead count teams with daily cycle count projects.
- Coordinate with FC Leads, management, and evening teams on inventory impacts, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
- Oversee daily inventory reviews, project logs, weekly assignments, and progress toward quarterly inventory health goals.
- Maintain production and inventory reports, complete Standard Work, and ensure timely, accurate Zendesk updates and Jira product error tickets.
- Analyze IB and OB error trends by location, section, inventory type, and associate; coordinate targeted counts and corrective actions.
- Support outbound order verification, quality audits, and pick/pack error resolution, prioritizing complex and urgent orders.
- Train employees on processes, safe work practices, and department expectations; assess performance and identify training gaps.
- Provide operational guidance, escalate issues, and oversee inventory operations in management’s absence.
- 3+ years of inventory experience, including counting, replenishment, and/or stock efficiency.
- Prior experience leading or training team members.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify root causes and improve processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings and solutions to management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred.
- Ability to move up to 60+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness and ability to train on warehouse machinery, including powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- High School Diploma
- Forklift Certification
