What are we looking for?

• Current students: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Logistics or related fields.
• University approval: You must be eligible and authorized by your university to complete a professional internship.
• Availability: Ideally available for a 12-month internship starting in Juanuary 2027.
• English: Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to understand business materials and participate in regional meetings.
• AI mindset: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and, most importantly, curiosity about how technology can help us work smarter.
• Curiosity: We're looking for people with a great attitude, eager to learn, explore and ask "Why?" — people who aren't afraid to challenge themselves and discover better ways of doing things.
• Location: Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá, with our Supply opportunity based in Cartagena.
