Job Description:

Supports merchants, vendors, and logistics teams by ensuring goods move efficiently and cost-effectively through the supply chain from vendors to stores. Analyzes data to identify trends in volume and compliance, collaborating with vendors, buyers, and third-party providers to optimize the flow of merchandise.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Provide logistics support to Merchants, MAs, and vendors.
• Partner with Buyers to hold vendors accountable for logistics KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a logistics subject matter expert, advocating for and managing TJX logistics and    compliance goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Understand and anticipate the logistics needs of supported business partners, collaborating as needed to facilitate efficient processes.
• Promote and support logistics and compliance programs (e.g., Store Ready, EDI/ASN, DC Bypass) to drive supply chain efficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enable consistent merchandise flow.
• Serve as a representative of TJX’s supply chain, simplifying complex logistics into practical, actionable messages for stakeholders.

Minimum formal education

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Minimum job skills required

• Proficiency in Logistics or Distribution Management
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution management, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel , Word, Powerpoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build, influence, and sustain effective working relationships across diverse teams, geographies, and organizational levels.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and convert information into relevant data.
• Resilient and patient in coaching cross-functionally
