ACCOUNTING CLERK - TEMPORARY

JOB SUMMARY:

At HCW Hospitality, we know that behind every exceptional guest experience is a strong and efficient back-of-house operation. As an Temporary Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. 

This is a temporary position, 24-32 hours per week, for several weeks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Scanning/Filing
• Assist with fundings as needed
• Lien waivers and tracking
• Label bank statements at beginning of month 
• Bank Recons
• Cash Receipts - HMC A/R (scan, label in folder, and file)
• Cash Receipts - wires in/out
• HMC - money market/ops transfers
• DEV - money market/ops transfers
• A/P entry
• Create monthly invoices - 1st of the month
• Code and enter all ROP invoices
• Work up WRKC distributions and enter in SAGE
• FedEx spreadsheet
• M3 hotels spreadsheet - and update excel spreadsheet

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Preferably SAGE (MAS) as well.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
