Congressional Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Cook II to join our dynamic, resort-style culinary team. This role supports our restaurants and multiple outlets by preparing high-quality food for our membership while working collaboratively within a professional kitchen environment.

What will be expected of you?
- Inventory and prepare all items required for station setup
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
- Coordinate timing of orders with other kitchen stations
- Requisition products needed for daily production and notify the Sous Chef of anticipated shortages
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations and equipment
- Set up, maintain, and properly break down assigned prep or cook stations
- Properly cover, label, date, and store reusable food products
- Recommend maintenance or repair needs for equipment and prep areas
- Close the kitchen following established closing checklists
- Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute improvement ideas
- Prepare menu items for member and guest service as needed
- Follow all state and local health, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Adhere to safety procedures for operating and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of required roles during emergencies
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef
How we determine your qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Completion of a two-year culinary program preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
