About the role
For over 125 years, Castrol has developed high-performance lubricants and solutions that keep the world moving. We're looking for a Reward Advisor to help deliver compensation, benefits and reward programmes across Europe, working closely with People & Culture teams, business leaders and employee representatives.
What you'll be doing
You'll support the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of reward programmes across multiple European countries. This includes advising on compensation and benefits, partnering with collaborators to develop practical solutions, supporting consultations with employee representative bodies, and using market and workforce data to help advise reward decisions. You'll also chip in to reward projects and ensure programmes remain aligned with local requirements.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Compensation, benefits and reward governance
- Collaborator partnering and advisory support
- Works Council and employee representative consultations
- Reward projects and change initiatives
- Market analysis and reward insights
- Compliance with local reward and employment requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for an expert reward professional who has worked in a multinational environment and is comfortable partnering with a range of customers across different countries. You'll bring a strong understanding of compensation and benefits, reward governance and reward-related legislation, along with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
You should have
- Validated experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar field
- Experience crafting or delivering reward programmes in a multinational organisation
- Experience working with senior collaborators and business leaders
- Experience supporting Works Councils, trade unions or employee representative bodies in Europe
- Strong analytical, communication and customer management abilities.
- Proficient English
Nice to have
- Experience within a global or publicly listed organisation
- Exposure to regional or global reward programmes
- Experience supporting business change or transformation initiatives
- HR, Reward or related professional qualification
