Accountant ( 10% -33%)

Aritec New Materials AG is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support the finance function at headquarters and across selected subsidiaries. The role is designed for a senior accounting professional seeking a flexible workload of 10%–30%, with home office possible, but physical presence in the office required once or twice per month.

## Tasks

• Review AR/AP with the accountants of our subsidiaries on a weekly basis.

• Support preparation and follow-up of Swiss VAT declarations on a quarterly basis.

• Support HQ expense accounting and related reviews.

• Support periodic P&L review and financial analysis.

• Support selected German VAT declarations.

• Support with yearly book closing activities & Swiss tax declaration processes.

• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed.

## Requirements

• **Swiss accounting experience is absolutely required.** **Applications without Swiss accounting experience will not be considered.**

• Ideally more than 10 years of professional accounting experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and practical finance processes.

• Solid experience with Swiss VAT declarations and compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting annual closing, tax declaration processes, and management reporting.

• Experience working with international entities or subsidiaries is an advantage.

• Experience with German VAT matters is a plus.

• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills in an international business environment.
