Our culture is one where we work hard for our clients and for each other – and we have fun collaborating, sharing experience and expertise, and learning along the way. Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to project success, client satisfaction, and the continued strengthening of LDG’s reputation for quality, reliability, and trusted partnership.

  • Sign and seal engineering documents, taking ownership of the technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all deliverables.
  • Perform independent planning and design tasks, while reviewing and mentoring the work of others, including junior staff, to ensure technical rigor and consistency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and technical excellence.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program
  • Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive engineering experience
  • Licensure/Certification: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Demonstrated success in a client-facing engineering role with proven ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or Hydrologic and Hydraulic software packages to be used for Site Layout, Grading, Utility, and Storm Water Management Plan design and/or other discipline-specific programs.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to quality and innovation
